Provide quality care regardless of any emotional or behavioural issues of the client; Provide companionship; provide personal care; administer medication and fill in medication reports; assist client in their daily routine; organize daily recreational activities; assist clients with appointments or errands; prepare and serve nutritious meals; Feed or assist feeding; perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties; shop for food and household supplies; assume full responsibility for household (in absence of householder); launder clothing and household linens; perform nonviolent restraints when necessary and write incident reports;
**Home Support Worker (HSW)**

**Clearances Required**:

- CPR (newer than 1 year)
- First Aid (newer than 1 year)
- Vulnerable Sector Check (newer than 1 year)
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (newer than 2 years - can be provided by our agency)
- Vaccination Card/QR Code

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Regina, SK: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Assistance in Health Care Facilities (required)
- health related certificate (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (required)
- Overnight Shift (required)
