The Global **Supply Chain Planning Program Manager** will report to the Global Planning Center of Excellence Director based in the ChampionX Chemical Technology Headquarters in **Sugar Land, Texas**. This role has the Global Supply Chain PMO Director as an indirect (dotted line) manager.

This role will be responsible for leading and executing transformational supply chain planning projects. The Program Manager is accountable for creating program structure, artifacts, budget, communication plans, and ensure adoption of the leading-edge supply chain practices implemented through these projects.

This role will drive a continuous improvement mindset within the global supply chain planning team and deliver improvements to supply chain planning processes and technology to support ChampionX planning transformation initiatives. This role will be operating and approaching problem-solving via DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) model.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead significant functional and cross-functional projects and programs through the full lifecycle being accountable for scope, budget, project team, and workstream management, timelines, reporting, and deliverables ensuring sustainable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder management strategies to ensure expectations are balanced and delivered.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions for better program execution; Design and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the Supply Chain Planning Execution program and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital.
- Adhere and contribute to development of ChampionX project management standards and processes, including tools and reporting.
- Participate in and facilitate post project/phase reviews to cultivate a learning organization.
- Collaborate with appropriate teams on behavioral change management to ensure user adoption of new systems and processes, mentor and train less experienced team members on standards, processes, and tools.
- Document current state and baseline process and capabilities to identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities.
- Interprets data to create new processes, strategies, and tools to be used for delivery of supply chain business objectives.
- Provide leadership in a community for developing and diffusing best practices in supply chain planning resilience and transformation.
- Works effectively in the company’s matrix structure and be a strong partner/collaborator with business unit and functional leaders.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end Program Management for supply chain
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in operations management, Supply Chain, or related fields or equivalent experience and Black Belt certified.
- **Analytical Skills**:Proficiency in establishing, tracking, and evaluating KPIs to drive sustainable finance and operational performance improvement.
- ** Communication**: Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority. Ability to drive change and effective communication skills, written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate with various teams and present complex ideas to stakeholders. Ability to document and organize process documentation. Demonstrated success coaching team members. Ability to present across all levels of the organization to simplify understanding, drive choice points, and gain buy in for new strategic directions.

- ** Problem-Solving**: The ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement strategies to resolve issues is crucial. Proven success in cultivating solution in ambiguous environment and reacting quickly to changing priorities.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Office tools and project management software (i.e. MS Projects) are required
- ** Organizational Savvy**:Strong ability to understand formal and informal communication processes of an organization. The capability to balance different views and interests of the members of the organization when developing solutions is critical. Experience of working in a global organization with high growth is beneficial.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: A master's degree or relevant certifications (like APICS CPIM or CSCP) is an advantage.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Knowledge of SAP, JDA, or Blue Yonder
