- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche de préposé(e)s aux magasins pour combler des besoins à temps complet à l’Hôpital général du Lakeshore, situé à Pointe-Claire.
- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le/la préposé(e) aux magasins effectue des tâches ayant trait à la réception, à la classification, à l'entretien et à la distribution des marchandises.
- Sous la responsabilité du chef de service de la logistique et du magasin, le préposé aux magasins reçoit et place la marchandise dans le magasin. Il valide les besoins prépare les commandes et les livres dans les différents départements ou dans les réserves. Il participe à la gestion des stocks et avise le magasinier en cas de problèmes.
- Responsabilités spécifiques:

- Distribution des marchandises- Recueillir les besoins des clients (scanner les réserves)
- Préparer les commandes en fonction des bons de commandes et apporte les corrections requises si nécessaires.
- Livrer et placer la marchandise dans les réserves.

Expédition de marchandises- Préparer et faire les paquets pour les clients externes.
- Faire l’expédition des colis à la demande du magasinier.

Classification des marchandises- Effectuer le placement des marchandises dans le magasin selon le plan de classification établi.

Entretien des marchandises- Assurer la rotation des stocks pour le magasin et pour les réserves ;
- Assurer des conditions physiques de stockage adéquates.
- Assurer la disposition physique selon le plan établit des marchandises dans le magasin.

Approvisionnement- Vérifier les quantités de produits disponibles dans le magasin et les réserves.
- Informer le magasiner si le niveau disponible des produits est inférieur au minimum requis par les standards.
- Informer le magasinier lors de rupture de produits.
- Participe au processus de mise en place des minimums d’inventaire en collaboration avec le magasinier pour les différents produits.

Emmagasinage- Participe à la mise en place des conditions d’emmagasinage dans les réserves et dans le magasin.
- Placer aux endroits appropriés les marchandises au magasin et dans les réserves.

Réception des marchandises- Vérifier les quantités et la qualité livrées par rapport aux bons de commandes physiques sur une base occasionnelle.
- Signer les documents requis par le transporteur sur une base occasionnelle ;
- Apporter les produits reçus dans le magasin.

Vérification- Procéder aux différentes vérifications lors de la livraison des produits.
- Transmettre et faire signer les bons de livraison.

Contrôle d’inventaire- Vérifier les quantités de produits sur les tablettes à la demande du magasinier.
- Participer au décompte physique à la demande du magasinier périodiquement et annuellement.
- Participer au processus afin de signaler les différences d’inventaire entre le décompte physique et les informations du système de GRM.

Autres responsabilités:
- Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe requise par son supérieur.
- Répondre aux téléphones et aux utilisateurs qui se présentent au magasin.

Les personnes retenues doivent être disponibles de jour et de soir (35h):
- Lundi au vendredi : plusieurs quarts

(Ex : 7h30-15-30, 8h-16h, 8h30-16h30, 9h-17h, 10h-18h,14h30-22h30)- Fin de semaine : Samedi et Dimanche 8h-16h
- Jour férié
- Travail de soir ou les fins de semaine sur demande en fonction des besoins du service

Le salaire proposé est de 21,54$ à 22,06$ l'heure, selon expérience.- Requirements :- Détient un diplôme de fin d'études secondaires (secondaire 5) ou l'équivalent reconnu par le Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec;
- Est à l'aise avec l'informatique;
- Maîtrise Excel de base (Office 2013);
- A la capacité physique de déplacer des charges modérées (25 KG) sur une base régulière dans le cadre de son travail;
- Est apte à travailler en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit;
- Détient un permis de conduire et une voiture (déplacements possibles, kilométrage remboursé).
