**Job Description**:
Under the supervision of the Operational Excellence and Methods Manager, the DMS agent will support the operational management team in implementing and maintaining activities aimed at operational excellence. The DMS agent will exercise the role of change agent aimed at maintaining our daily management system and implementing initiatives related to continuous improvement.
Role and responsibilities
- Participate in the identification and analysis of improvement opportunities in the production departments
- Ensure compliance with processes
- Monitor and maintain continuous improvement activities by updating key performance indicators daily
- Collaborate with managers, team leaders and operators to identify and resolve problems
- Support, accelerate and promote the implementation of continuous improvement activities
- Be an agent of change by promoting employee participation
- Any related task to achieve operational excellence
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Any relevant experience associated with active participation in continuous improvement
- Mastery of the Microsoft suite
- Ability to rally teams around a positive and facilitative implementation of change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional rigor
- Master the French language and English (communication with suppliers/customers in the United States).
