Beach Club

**Paddle Board Rentals/Guest Services - Roles and Responsibilities**

**Hours
- 10 am - 6pm 2 days a week**

**Rate of Pay - $ 20/hour**

**This role reports to Manager, Guest Services and will suit a super friendly, athletic/fit, outgoing person, ideally a student of recreation, teaching or hospitality.**

**Recreational**
- maximizing rental income from non-motorized beach equipment ( paddle boards, kayaks, peddle boats )
- assisting guests with equipment
- must be strong enough to pull boards and boats in and out of the water

**Guest Services**
- Assisting guests with all aspects of their recreational/beach activities
- Setting up of chairs/umbrellas
- Liaison with guests - general care taking and interaction
- Stacking chairs and beds at the end of the evening
- Children's games/activities.

**Beach**
- Ensuring that the beach is kept tidied and clean
- Ensuring that the beach is occupied by Sunport Beach Club members only

**Fire Pit.**
- sweep out ashes from previous evening
- Ensuring wood and kindle is ready
- Build the fire in preparation for the evening

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
