**The Opportunity**

Click Drive has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, team-oriented, results driven part-time Intermediate Accounting Clerk to join our team. Hours of work - three days a week - 24 hours to start with potential of full time.

**Job Overview**

Reporting to the owners, as the Intermediate Accounting Clerk you will provide financial and accounting services, advice, and expertise on the following:
Your day-to-day and monthly responsibilities will include:

- Postings of sales deals, ensuring proper recording in the financial system.
- Reconciling Balance sheet accounts using schedules in PBS.
- Preparation of financial statements. Ensuring that financial statements follow regulatory guidelines.
- GST filing.
- Ceridian Payroll processing bi-weekly.
- Commission sales preparation and cheque printing.
- Identifying and preventing discrepancies in financial statements. Providing reconciliations and monthly journal entries required.
- Reviewing of inventory monthly.
- Updating/review of sales reports.
- Daily bank entries/reconciliation.
- Record and ensure all receivables are up to date.
- Processing of all Accounts Payables—statement reconciliation prep at month end.
- Supporting the formulation of internal controls and procedures, ensuring ongoing compliance with legislation and best practices.

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years working full-cycle accounting duties as well as payroll.
- Preference given if in the Auto Industry.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and communication skills.
- Experience with PBS software an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with major focus in Excel.

**Work Conditions**

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Work outside of normal business hours may be required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
