Our work environment is

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Surface Preparation**:

- Clean, sand, and mask vehicle surfaces to prepare them for painting.
**- Mixing Paints**:

- Mix and match paint colors to the vehicle's specifications using computerized color matching systems.
- Ensure correct consistency and color of the paint.
**- Application**:

- Inspect painted surfaces for flaws, retouching as necessary.
**- Equipment Maintenance**:

- Maintain and clean spray guns, booths, and other painting equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues.
**- Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Dispose of hazardous materials according to regulations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and techniques.

**-Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of painted vehicles to ensure quality meets company standards.
- Address and rectify any defects or inconsistencies.

**Qualifications**:
**-Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification in automotive painting or a related field is a plus.

**-Experience**:

- Proven experience as a car spray painter or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using painting equipment and color matching technology.

**-Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.

**-Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Comfortable working in an environment with paint fumes and chemicals.

**Additional Information**:

- Work Environment**:

- Primarily in a workshop or garage setting.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Car Spray painting: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
