**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks in various areas such as offices, restrooms, shops, and common areas
- Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and presentable
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Handle heavy lifting and moving of equipment or furniture as needed
- Removing garbage from various locations and disposing in proper area

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, or custodial work
- Ability to clean efficiently and with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physical duties as required
