**Key Responsibilities**:
Safely and efficiently operate a luggar truck to transport lime waste from Redpath Sugar to the designated location
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe transportation
Familiarize yourself with the specific requirements of handling dump trailers and ensure proper loading and unloading of lime waste
Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the luggar truck to ensure its roadworthiness
Communicate effectively with Redpath Sugar personnel and other team members to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
Follow established procedures for handling lime waste, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) if required
Ensure the luggar bins are securely fastened and positioned correctly on the truck
Report any incidents, accidents, or issues promptly to the supervisor
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any maintenance performed
Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Knowledge, Skills, Competencies**:
Valid DZ or AZ driver's license with a clean driving record
3+ years of experience driving vehicles with manual transmissions
Proven experience in handling dump trailers and knowledge of loading and unloading procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Physical stamina to perform the job duties, including lifting and moving heavy loads if required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work seven days a week, twice a day, as required by the pickup schedule
