Vancouver, Canada PGG Construction Corp. Full time

SITE SUPERVISOR:
We are PGG Construction Ltd. and are currently looking for a full-time Site Supervisor for our commercial project sites. We are primarily a siding and finishing company working in both the residential and commercial market.

This roll is responsible to provide accurate direction to all PGG site persons, to maintain budget, schedule and quality as directed by the Project Manager. **This role requires a minimum of 10 years of technical siding installation experience.**
- Provide effective leadership to all PGG staff
- Communicate and coordinate work with all other trades on site
- Report daily activities to the Project Manager regarding work completed, issues etc.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications and material take offs
- Ability to produce shop drawings as required
- Ensure appropriate safety equipment is worn at all times and safety instructions are followed at all times

Skills Required:

- The ability to provide accurate and clear spoken and written instruction
- Minimum of 10 years experience working in the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team-working skills
- Pleasant and professional attitude towards all vendors, clients and other on-site personnel

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
