**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

**Sales**: Educate customers on product features and benefits, upsell where appropriate, and process transactions accurately.

**Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to the sale of cannabis products.

**Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Education**: Educate customers on responsible cannabis use and safety guidelines.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

**Qualifications**:
**CannSell Certified**:You have taken and passed your CannSell Course.

**Sales Experience**:Is a major plus

**Cannabis Knowledge**: A passion for and knowledge of cannabis products and the cannabis industry.

**Customer-focused**: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

**Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to customers.

**Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.

**Age Requirement**: Must be 19 years of age or older.

**Availability**: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Legal Compliance**: Understanding and adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to the sale of cannabis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.01 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
