We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, individual to run a busy front desk in an established downtown Burlington/Oakville spa. Rosewater Spa is celebrating 23 years of service in 2023 and is recognized as one of Canada's top 25 Spas.

Minimum Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service & hospitality experience in the spa industry is a must

Knowledge of Milano software would be an asset

Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Maintain a professional appearance, demeanour, and attitude at all times

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic spa environment

Be a motivated and creative team player

Generate and promote sales of all skin care products

Participate in all training programs

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
