Duties and responsibilities of the position;
- Receive and route incoming calls;
- Take messages accurately;
- welcome Visitors with a smile

Assets and qualifications:

- Experiment customer service (an asset);
- Excellent planning and organization;
- Experience in the automotive industry (a asset but not mandatory);
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office);
- Be motivated, enthusiastic and confident;
- Capacity identify and respond to customer needs;

Schedule : evenings and Saturdays.
