Frontline Nailer

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
- Read blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Execute carpentry tasks, including building structures and frameworks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction or maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a carpenter or maintenance person is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques related to construction.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
