Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide general administrative support, including typing, filing, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with organizing meetings and preparing meeting materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform basic proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
- Assist with customer support inquiries as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in health care, hearing aid clinics, speech therapy clinic, a clerical or office setting preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
