**What you will do**:
The Ottawa Hospital is seeking a dynamic healthcare leader to join its team in an exciting opportunity to serve as the Clinical Manager, Spinal Cord Injury, Neurospinal Amputee Rehabilitation Program (Rehabilitation Center Ward A).

Reporting to the Director, Patient Flow and Access, Post-Acute Care Services and Allied Health Professionals, this position provides leadership, direction and supervision for the delivery of specialty rehabilitation services.

**What you will bring**:

- Baccalaureate Degree in a regulated Health Profession;
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience in diverse positions in a rehabilitation or subacute setting; or an acute care hospital setting;
- Three years in healthcare leadership;
- Strong leadership skills to support and provide direction to staff in a highly stressful and rapidly changing environment;
- Experience in human resources management including recruitment, retention and performance management
- Proven ability in working effectively with all members of health care team;
- Excellent oral/written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution and decision-making skills;
- Experience in quality improvement methods with knowledge of statistics/ metrics and ability to analyze patient care and operational data;
- Knowledge of Hospital policies and procedures, relative legislation, collective agreements, OHA standards, and Standards of Practice of the relevant College governed by the Regulated Health Professions Act (College of Nurses, College of Occupational Therapist, etc.)
- Knowledge of other health care disciplines and their role in patient care;
- Knowledge of budgeting process;
- Knowledge of computers;
- Ability to maintain a high level of concentration in a busy working environment.

**You will stand out with**:

- Master's Degree in a Management, Nursing or Health related program;
- Three (3) to Five (5) experience in rehabilitation;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
