Immigration Clerk

CanadaPass is a Canadian immigration law consultancy firm with a few offices, currently hiring for Richmond hill location. Our team of experienced immigration professionals, dedicated to offering the highest immigration services to our clients. We assist clients through various programs, including those under IMP, LMIA-based work permits, provincial entrepreneur streams, start-up visa programs, family sponsorship, express entry, the Atlantic immigration pilot program, the rural and northern immigration pilot program, and study permits.

**Responsibilities**:

- It ensures the accuracy and adjustment of the client's data and the planning and review of all legal documents.
- Complete immigration document preparation without supervision
- Organizing files, managing files, and keeping track of deadlines
- Maintaining timely and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders
- Researching and staying current on immigration programs
- I am keeping a positive working connection with all clients and coworkers.

**Job Requirements**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Canadian Immigration Law.
- Competency in LMIA Application Process
- Speaking Farsi is an asset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business immigration systems.
- Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding writing skills.
- Time management, as well as the ability to complete a formidable portfolio.
- Detail-oriented.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
