Full Time Physiotherapist, with a potential option for growth into a Clinical Director role.

Salary Range is $34-85 per hour, plus income sharing models for Clinical Directors. FCAMPT physiotherapists also have the option to grow into our “Clinical Education and Research Associate” role.

Work shoulder to shoulder-with our team of Physiotherapists and a multi-disciplinary team of Registered Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and PTAs available to help support your practice so you can provide a multi-modal treatment plan.
- As an FCAMPT physiotherapist, if you have an interest in teaching/training, you can take the lead with orthopaedic mentoring with the option of becoming EPA’s Clinical Education and Research Associate

Our mentorship and education programs support physiotherapists across all stages of their careers, with dedicated 2-4 monthly scheduled rounds, covering;
- Foundational Ortho Physio Rounds, fondly known as “a joint in a nutshell” are lead by FCAMPT, Sport and Orthopaedic Clinical leads covering the foundation of orthopaedic assessment and treatment with the goals of providing insight from experience in treating common conditions
- Collaborative Staff Rounds facilitated by our team following unique courses, community experts and more
- Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Concussion Rounds and Peds Mentoring are facilitated primarily by our in house seasoned Clinical leads and some local experts
- Emerging Leaders Rounds is available to senior staff and those who are either in or want to be in leadership positions. It is facilitated by leaders in our organization to help you grow your leadership skills, management, customer service and team collaboration skills
- OCE paid prep sessions are also offered to help new Graduates/Physiotherapy Residents prepare for the provincial exam and include a mock exam with individualized feedback and coaching.
- An assigned 1:1 provisional practice supervisor is paid to help Physio Residents. You don’t need to ask for help, they are paid to meet with you to review charts, brainstorm treatment plans and help build necessary skills for the OCE for exam_ If this type of leadership sounds like you would excel in, we are looking to bring on team members to grow into this role._

What we offer you?
- One on one supervised mentorship is available for all staff looking to build the necessary hours for AIM/FCAMPT exams
- Pay model that is a progressive hourly rate that ranges from $34-85/hour, supplemented by percentage-based split top-up bonuses.
- This includes vacation pay that increases with company loyalty and paid statutory holidays and sick time
- Clinic Directors are paid additional income sharing that is grows with the clinic’s growth
- Clinical Educational and Research Associate role has additional compensation that is tied to time commitment
- 4 weeks of a guaranteed salary to give you the breathing space to manage work/life balance.
- A $2,000 Flex Benefit allowance per year for educational courses and/or medical expenses, which advances to an exclusive education allowance and further healthcare benefits PLUS bonuses for successful completion of AIM/FCAMPT exams and Sport Exams

- Gradually build to a full physiotherapist schedule. Our seasoned physiotherapists on average treat 1.9 clients/hour.
- 60 minutes assessments for all extended paperwork clients, 40-minute assessments once caseload is established, on average 1.9 clients/hour
