The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting potential clients and scheduling appointments for the sales team and our clients. They must possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive and have the ability to handle objections. Appointment Setters must have a friendly and engaging phone manner. They should be organized, detail-oriented and maintain accurate records of all calls made and appointments scheduled.
Key fundamentals of this role include developing and building deep relationships with clients by handholding them throughout their journey, understand their needs, and engage with them to ensure their success when utilizing our platform. A successful incumbent will possess leadership, problem-solving, communication, empathy, technical savviness and collaboration, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly fast-paced and team-centric environment.

**OBJECTIVES**
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Qualify leads for our clients for our call verified program
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge
- Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies
- Other duties as assigned
**COMPETENCIES**
- A positive attitude is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong technology proficiency CRMs, Office 365 (ie., Word/PowerPoint/Excel) and Virtual meeting event software such as Zoom
- Detail orientation with a bias for action
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales or customer service
- A self starter; you love owning projects end to end
- Humble, hardworking and someone who interfaces well with all level of employees with integrity
- To regularly report & communicate KPIs (key performance indicators) status to stakeholders.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- A Bachelor Degree is preferred for this position.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager or in Sales.
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
**COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY BASE SALARY**
**BASE SALARY**$38,000/yr - $42,000/yr + Benefit Plan
Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
