**Requirements**:
**More About You**
- You have a post-secondary degree or diploma.
- You have a strong interest in the insurance industry
- You posses a Level I or Level II General Insurance License, or a strong motivation to obtain one.
- You are naturally inclined to take initiative independently; you are resourceful and like staying up-to-date.
- You demonstrate an “other-focused” approach to people.
- You possess better-than-average computer skills - your typing skills up there with the best of them
- You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- You are detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task. You understand the significance of these skills.
- You are able to work at a quick pace under pressure; possess time management skills.
- You like people and are willing to serve them with a smile, even when conflict arises.
- Assets include experience with Keal / Vertafore's BMS, Applied Rating Services, (Compuquote), and insurance company portals

**More About the Role**
- Sales and service. Attracting new clients and taking great care of the ones we already have.
- Responding to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage, billing issues, claims, and certificates of insurance
- Providing quotations for potential policy changes
- Re-evaluating appropriate personal insurance coverages on existing lines of business
- Processing renewals to ensure retention of existing client relationships
- Entering and maintaining client information in the broker management system (Vertafore Sig)
- Processing policy changes on insurance company portals
- Provide support to sales staff as needed
- Cross-selling other First Foundation services to clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
