The Scrum Master is responsible for leading technology project planning, design, implementation and close out, and for the management of the agile sprint process for a scrum team.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education and experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered.
- **Minimum 2 years of combined experience (must have some experience in each area)**:

- As a project manager on an Agile project(s) or as a Scrum Master.
- Agile project experience.
- Agile lifecycle management practices and tools.
- Certification as a Scrum Master
- Practical experience in Agile software development methodologies.
