**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow directions from the site lead and assist in various construction tasks as assigned.
- Provide general support to the construction team, including but not limited to: loading and unloading materials, preparing construction sites, and cleaning up debris.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating basic construction tools and equipment.
- Assist in the installation of construction materials, including framing, drywall, flooring, and fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on the construction site.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as needed, such as running errands, fetching supplies, and assisting other team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize accidents and injuries on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with the site lead and other team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing demands of construction projects.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
