**Job description**

New Lifestyle Homes is seeking a Residential Construction Site Supervisor who will be responsible for organizing and scheduling trades, suppliers, inspections and completing necessary carpenter work.

Your Responsibilities:

- Schedule and complete construction projects from excavation/foundation to completion of 30 day lists after closing
- General hands-on construction work
- Order materials as necessary to complete project
- Skilled with various tools pertaining to carpentry and other finishing categories.
- Ensure job sites are maintained in an orderly, clean and secure manner
- Perform any other reasonable duties that maybe required and or requested by Management
- Review schedules and ensure projects are adhering to same
- Schedule inspections
- Conduct Inspections with city officials and complete PDI inspections
- Ensures construction work is being carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, zoning/building bylaws, OBC
- Complete carpentry repairs or work that is needed
- Provide leadership, instruction and supervision to all construction workers and ensure all trades on site are adhering to the safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors and consultants
- Customer Service
- Well organized and systemic
- anility to interpret and read construction drawings
- Possess a high attention to detail
- Ability to understand building material, components and construction practices
- A well functioning team player
- Good understanding of carpentry
- Handy on the tools
