**The Nitty-Gritty of What you’ll be doing**:

- Processing part orders in a fast, courteous, and professional manner.
- List and price out parts on repair orders and/or counter tickets.
- Write purchase orders for parts, update records and customer files.
- Maintain warranty and special parts inventory.
- Keep work areas clean, safe and put away loose stock.
- Help maintain parts catalogues, price schedules and other bulletins.
- Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services.

**A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for**:

- Experience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset.
- Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment.
- A passion for automobiles and accessories.
- Has the knowledge and know-how around parts and computer software systems.
- You're customer driven and bring an outgoing personality - in-person and over the phone.
- You've got a keen eye for detail - ensuring all paperwork and reports are accurate and fully completed.
