**Responsibilities**
- Assists with incoming telephone inquiries;
- Responsible for relisting any unit turnover’s and subletting within the month;
- Conducts showings for potential tenants;
- Assist with the start of the rent up for each project, with assistance from leasing team;
- Prepare lease agreements and other documentations for all the qualified applicants (lease/parking, pet policy)
- Inputs all tenant vehicle details into Buildem at the time of signing new leases;
- Schedule and conduct move-in inspections before tenant’s occupancy date, working with Property Managers on current properties;
- Travel may be required to provide on-site support during key leasing activities leading up to occupancy including preparing a show suite and planning and executing open houses and on-site showings;
- Responsible for collecting and filing all new tenant documentation new leases & security deposits; collecting, tracking and filing new tenant documentation for move ins;
- Maintain and updates lease rent roll with all current tenant information and lease agreements. Tracking the monthly rents, pets, payments and parking details;
- Track tenant insurance details;
- Book all showings for new building and existing work with the Property Manager for daily schedule and times;
- Update Flexbooker;
- Each Leasing Agent is responsible to send weekly updates on Friday’s to the Leasing Manager to provide updates to the CEO, COO, CFO;
- And any other duties that are required in the department;
**What you need to bring**:
- Minimum 2 years working in an administrative role and office environment;
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize workload and work with mínimal supervision;
- The ability to multi-task and adapt based on changing situations;
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills;
- Comfortable working with technology and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels of the organization;
- Initiative, teamwork and communication skills;
- Friendly and positive personality;
- Strong office skills, comfort with new software and experience with answering the phone;
- Demonstrated experience with handling confidential information.
Salary range for this position is $56,000 to $70,000 per year based on experience.
