Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor

**Position**:Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor to provide a variety of vocational services that may include but are not limited to:Conduct vocational assessments including the delivery and interpretation of standardized testing and vocational counselling to determine suitable occupations based on client limitations.

Provide vocational services that may include formal on-the-job training, job search and job development activities
Establish and maintain collaborative, professional relationships with various stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and community health care providers
Maintain a caseload and ensure company specific file management protocols followed

**Requirements**:Bilingual (French & English) Oral and written
Completion of University Degree
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong Team Player
**Assets**:Experience working with people who have physical and/or mental disabilities

**Salary**: $28.00-$37.00 per hour
