Job Title: Last Mile Dispatcher

Location: Calgary, AB

**Salary**: $59,000.00

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Receive and coordinate completion of customer job orders;
- Assign trucks to specific jobs within oilfield locations;
- Review deliveries to ensure trucks arrive at delivery location in a timely manner;
- Communicate with drivers, dispatcher(s), transload staff, field personnel and supervisors throughout the shift and at shift change for current status and issues;
- Manage relationship with third party suppliers and vendors to monitor loading and delivery;
- Working a 12 hour shift rotation on a 4 days on and 4 days off schedule
- This role reports to the Manager of Last Mile Logistics

Who We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of previous experience working in a dispatching and/or logistics environment with oilfield experience preferred;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere under pressure;
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills;
- Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently in an environment where priorities change quickly; and
- Exceptional customer service skills with focus on positive client experience.

- Provincial and Federal laws, procedures, standards and other requirements are complied with by carriers during the performance of their duties;
- Maintain current knowledge of compliance requirements for the carriers including Hours of Service and Driver Log Requirements.
