- **Qualifications**_
- Therapeutic Recreation Facilitator for Older Adults Certificate from Red River College or its equivalent; _**or**_ proven experience in the field of recreation/working with older adults.
- Criminal Record Search Certificate (for Vulnerable Sector) and Adult Abuse Registry Check - current within 6 months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Must be in good physical and mental health.
- Ability to work independently/unsupervised and/or as part of a team.
- Ability to design/document, implement and assess Therapeutic Recreational programs which appropriately meet the needs of our Residents.
- Ability to develop/document personalized Therapeutic Recreational Care Plans for our Residents.
- Ability to provide care to the Home’s pets including, as scheduled, on weekends/statutory holidays.

There is ample free street parking around the Home; as well, we have access to excellent bus routes.

**Job Type**: Part-time, Term Positions

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday - as scheduled by your leader

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
