Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Health and safety Committee
- Air cargo security compliance
- Forklift/ trailer inspections and compliance
- Driver training
- Dangerous goods/ WHIMIS training and compliance
- Warehouse yard and security inspection/compliance
- Knowledge in WSIB, ESA, Ontaio Labour Laws, Ministry of Transportation regulations
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs in a logistics company
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards
- Experience conducting safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Familiarity with training development and delivery techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
**Salary**: From $41,600.00 per year
