The Front Desk Receptionist will work within the ML Emporio Properties head office division in Richmond to manage day to day administrative tasks and provide support to our office and management team.

**Duties**:

- Answering phone calls, forward to appropriate department or take detailed messages
- Greeting visitors to our office
- Prepare coffee, tea etc. for visitors
- Sort and prepare mail and courier
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Look after the office when Management is out at meetings etc.
- Assist the office team with administrative support as needed

This role is suited to someone who is outgoing, adaptable and task oriented. Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, so students who attend classes in the evenings or online are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
