We are seeking a mechanically inclined Part-Time Concession Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Concession Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and refurbishing used equipment commonly found in concession stands, such as popcorn machines, slush machines, cotton candy machines, mini donut machines, pizza warmers, waffle makers, and more. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule, allowing you to work on a project-by-project basis.

**Responsibilities**:
Equipment Repair and Refurbishment: Utilize your mechanical skills and expertise to repair, refurbish, and maintain a variety of concession equipment, including but not limited to popcorn machines, slush machines, cotton candy machines, mini donut machines, pizza warmers, waffle makers, and other related equipment.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues with concession equipment, identify the root cause of problems, and implement effective repair solutions to ensure optimal functionality.

Parts Sourcing and Ordering: Identify and source necessary replacement parts for equipment repairs. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of required parts.

Equipment Testing: Conduct thorough testing of repaired and refurbished equipment to ensure that all components are functioning properly and meet quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of repairs, refurbishments, and parts usage. Provide regular reports to the supervisor regarding completed projects, ongoing repairs, and any outstanding issues.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing repairs. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for repair and refurbishment projects. Notify the supervisor when additional inventory is needed.

**Requirements**:
Mechanical Aptitude: Demonstrated mechanical skills and a strong understanding of equipment repair and maintenance.

Experience: Previous experience in repairing and refurbishing concession equipment, including popcorn machines, slush machines, cotton candy machines, mini donut machines, pizza warmers, waffle makers, etc., is highly desirable.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the inner workings of various concession equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.

Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in identifying and rectifying equipment issues to ensure precise repairs and refurbishments.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to document repairs, communicate with suppliers, and provide progress reports to the supervisor.

Flexibility: Willingness to work on a part-time basis, with a flexible schedule to accommodate project demands.
