- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE**Specific Accountabilities**

1. Specify and order supplies and equipment for the electronics programs.
2. Maintain tool and component inventories for the electronics programs.
3. Maintain and repair electronic equipment.
4. Maintain and organize the electronic laboratory facilities.
5. Distribute tools and supplies to students.
6. Maintenance and troubleshooting in a computerized environment.
7. Testing administration for industry certification exams.
8. Maintaining license software, WHMIS and OHS procedures and record keeping.

**Duties**

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)**
- 1. Diploma in Electronics Technician or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
2. Experience using electrical/electronic schematics, datasheets and manuals.
3. Experience operating test equipment.
4. Effective interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
5. Effective organizational skills
6. Ability to use hand tools to repair minor mechanical faults and troubleshoot/repair electrical and electronic faults, computers, switches, routers, servers and networking systems.
7. Ability to assemble and test electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment.
8. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
