Our vibrant community offers a variety of fitness classes and activities designed to nourish the body, mind, and spirit. From invigorating workouts to stimulating arts and crafts sessions, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where seniors can thrive and flourish.

**The Role**:

- Safely transport our clients throughout Essex County, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.
- Maintain our fleet to the highest standards, ensuring the safety of passengers and drivers alike.
- Keep our vehicles spotless and inviting, creating a pleasant environment for everyone on board.
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow drivers, fostering teamwork and camaraderie.
- Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and clients, making each journey a memorable experience.
- Handle any challenges with grace and diplomacy, always prioritizing the safety and satisfaction of our passengers.
- Participate enthusiastically in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, minimizing risks and hazards for yourself and others.
- Report any concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Preferred Experience and Qualifications**:

- Empathy and understanding for the needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- A minimum of 9 years of driving experience, with a clean driving record.
- Current Ontario Driver’s License (C, F, or B Class required).
- A clean driver's abstract and police clearance with a vulnerable sector check.
- Valid CPR & First Aid training.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $19.54-$20.32 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
