**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
In this role, the Advisor performs as a seasoned and strong Generalist who will be a key contributor to the Human Resources department, offering consultative guidance and strategic support on a variety of HR matters. This role administers the HR function and activities of the organization by providing support for employee relations, regulatory compliance, training and development, compensation, benefits and disability management, policy development and interpretation, recruitment, performance management, employment law, Joint Occupational Health & Safety, as well as assists with special projects and analytics. This managerial role reports to the Director of People and Culture.
