**Position Summary**:

- Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Relief full time Recruiter to support the Talent & Acquisition & Marketing department.
- Reporting to the Regional Manager, Recruitment Services and working within the established standards and strategic plans of Northern Health’s Recruitment Services, the Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and engaging health care professionals for Northern Health.-
- The incumbent maintains consistent contact with hiring managers, reviews policies and practices that affect recruitment, onboarding and retention, and recommends improvements. The Recruiter contributes to the development of regional practices through research of best practices in rural recruitment and onboarding, identifies service requirements and makes recommendations to the Regional Manager, Recruitment Services and internal recruitment partners.
- Starting salary will be approximately from $67,864 to $84,830 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions**Prince George** has a population of 89,490 (2021) local residents and is a service centre for approximately 320,000. **Qualifications**:

- An Undergraduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Marketing plus five (5) to seven (7) years recent recruitment experience, preferably in a large, multi-disciplined and unionized environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- Registered Professional Recruiter designation preferred.
- Experience working with Indigenous people and communities considered an asset.
