**Technical Business Analyst**

Our team of full-stack developers and data analysts has built **WebPal Cloud Server**, a market-leading cloud-based content and data management solution. We engage in long-term service contracts to host and manage our client’s business data in our three Canadian data centre facilities.

Our clients include some of the fastest-growing success stories in the Canadian healthcare, retail, and fintech space, who hire and trust us to analyse their business processes with the goal of improving efficiency and introducing automation. We work with top-shelf technology partners to integrate WebPal into enterprise systems and we do this efficiently, compliant, and with flawless automation.

**Who You Are**

You excel as a team player, demonstrating not only a solution-oriented approach but also a keen understanding of the human aspect of implementation projects. Your exceptional ability to investigate, analyse, and inquire allows you to devise solutions for intricate problems, leveraging your strong business acumen, competitive drive, and resourcefulness.

**Why We Need You**
- Learn and understand our client’s business and business processes
- Translate this knowledge into a gap analysis and tech roadmap
- Help our client execute on that roadmap and maintain buy-in
- Interact with our developer team to clarify and troubleshoot issues
- Assist Sales with roadmap design, analysis and estimation

**What You Should Know/Bring**
- A CompSci/Eng/CPD/Analyst degree
- Business Administration training/experience
- High emotional intelligence and a friendly attitude
- Confidence and excellent communication skills
- Understanding of business process automation
- Data Analytics skills - SQL, Tableau, Excel
- Some knowledge of financial/accounting principles
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
