Our facilities are well equipped to train clients of all fitness levels.

Job responsibilities:

- Deliver customized personal training sessions while engaging and motivating clients
- Monitor clients progress and results
- Instruct small group training classes
- Follow our Vive Fitness Personal training system while enthusiastically increasing revenue in Personal Training and membership sales
- Complete fitness consultations and evaluations which results in converting prospects into Personal training clients
- Create educational seminars on various fitness topics for members
- Work with Social Media coordinator to post workout videos, photos and tips on our social media platforms
- Attend monthly staff meetings
- Stay current with equipment, exercises and trends in the fitness industry

Qualifications:

- Must live close to Gym location
- Maintain a current fitness certification from an approved education company. Preferred certifications: Canfit Pro Personal Training Specialist ,NSCA, ACE, PTA Global Certified Trainer, ACSM, AFAA, CI and NASM
- Post secondary education in Kinesiology or Health Sciences program is considered an asset
- Up to date CPR /AED certification
- Additional health and fitness certifications considered an asset

25 hours a week, build up to 100 hours a month

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour (will to pay more for experienced trainers )

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- personal training experience : 1 year (required)

Certification:

- Personal Training Certification (required)

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
