**Bar 1911**
At Bar 1911 we focus on what makes each coffee variety we carry special, offering pulled espresso shots to slow bar methods and everything in between, whichever you prefer. Our bar will also offer a tap selection of rotating craft beers, brewed locally. So, whichever you feel like sipping on, we have you covered. Cheers
**As Bar Supervisor, You Will**
- Work with the General Manager to meet all projected operations goals, and the vision of MHG including marketing, human resources, financials, inventory, and cost controls.
- Ensure all food and drink served are of top and consistent quality.
- Train new team members and develop their skills: staff scheduling when needed.
- Work with clients to execute private functions.
- Cash handling. (VLTs)
- Work with the Management team to develop new menus.
- Provide above and beyond guest service
- Perform front-of-house duties as needed; including but not limited to crafting specialty espresso beverages, food & drink service, and bar service.

- A positive and outgoing personality
- Love for building strong relationships with team members, our guests, and the community
- An open mind and willingness to learn - We will be teaching you lots about the craft beer and specialty coffee industry and how we serve our products
- Flexibility - Our Bar Supervisor will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- A desire to have fun at work, when you have fun, our guests do too
**What You Bring**
- 2 + years in a customer service environment
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is considered an asset
- Knowledge about coffee and/or craft beer would be a great asset.
- Responsible beverage server certificate required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, balancing different priorities and duties
- A desire for personal and professional development within the hospitality industry
