We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests.

**Duties includes but not not limited to**:

- Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Help with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Ensure that all items are organized and stored properly after cleaning.
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

**All positions within GHHS require**:

- Minimum 1 Year experience in a home or public setting
- Vulnerable Sector Check within 6 months
- 2 step TB or chest x-ray within 6 months
- Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap. Hepatitis B an asset)
- COVID passport with QR showing 3 doses of the vaccine
