Controller & Cfo

**Job Description - FULL-TIME**

($100,000+ Annual Salary)

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Cash flow analysis, full profit and loss reporting as well as balance sheet analysis.
- Preparation of annual budgets and project forecasting.
- Reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, post journal entries, maintain general ledgers and all financial statements.
- Keep financial records, maintain and balance various accounts both manual and computerized systems.
- Accounts payable/receivable as well as HST reporting.
- Ensure proper taxes are paid.
- Manage payroll processes and various calculations and remittances.
- Compile banking processes.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 yrs of full cycle bookkeeping.
- Remittances 3-5 years.
- AP/AR and Payroll 3-5 years.
- CGA or CMA designation.
- 3-5 years in a Management role.
