This is a full time Monday to Friday administrative office position in our head office in Mississauga, Ontario requiring occasional travel and field work. The role involves specifically supporting our visual Senior Account Managers routinely with day to day operations performing various administrative functions, and offering coaching and training support for our national field merchandisers inquires.

Possible Hybrid position offering 3 days in head office and 2 days remote. Once the office and infield training has been completed.

This role reports to the Senior Account Manager and Director of Operations and is a stepping stone role into other great opportunities with Powerhouse

**Function of the Account Management Associate position**:
**Daily Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assists Senior Account Management group with the daily quality management of 200 national visual merchandising contractors (reps) who complete merchandising jobs daily nationwide
- Reviews on line work reports and submitted pictures of merchandiser’s jobs to ensure top quality with respect to vendor’s merchandising standard and objectives
- Follows up appropriately with reps in a timely manner, offering solutions, coaching and guidance to all rep field related inquiries
- Keeps Senior Account Managers informed regarding not to standard reports/pictures and elevated rep performance issues; provides appropriate documentation when required
- Informs Senior Account Managers of any store or vendor issues presenting from the evaluation of work reports
- Uses provided reference materials as benchmark for report evaluation and coaching such as planograms, product standards guides and other reference materials
- Maintains relevant monthly reference materials for assigned programs coordinating and consulting with Senior Account Manager group regularly to ensure accuracy of reference material
- Assists Senior Account Managers with all necessary rep or store follow up as required
- Coordinates new merchandisers field training plans and schedules
- Assists operations team with rep follow up regarding late work reports
- Assists and supports Senior Account Managers creating spreadsheets, reports, PowerPoint presentations and other documentation as required
- Assists with all related field visual merchandising work as required for special projects, merchandising vendor assessments and group training events
- Attends and assists client/vendor meetings and events as required
- Performs all other duties assigned based on needs of the business
- Occasional travel required

**Education Requirement**:

- Fashion Visual Merchandising/Marketing Degree or Diploma Or equivalent work experience

**Required skills, knowledge and experience**:

- 2-3 years fashion apparel merchandising experience working with top brands within a retail or corporate retail setting
- 1-2 years business administrative experience preferred
- Bilingual spoken and written English/French (preferred)
- Solid leadership & coaching abilities with demonstrated success mentoring performance; taking initiative to lead when needed
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken with professional a presentation
- Solid business administration skills including advanced Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel skills in including proficiency with functions, VLOOK UP and pivot tables
- Working knowledge of cloud based platforms
- Comfortable with technology including Apple, Android, PC and Google
- Analytical with exceptional attention to detail, can ‘spot a needle in a haystack’
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritize workload and balance competing priorities
- Works well under pressure and independently while working against tight deadlines
- Dynamic personality, having a great sense of humor, energy, wit and resilience
- Exudes a positive, enthusiastic, ‘Let’s Make It Happen’ attitude who commits to excellence everyday
