Sensus Chartered Professional Accountants Ltd. is a medium-sized, growth orientated public practice accounting firm with four offices in Manitoba (Brandon, Russell, Shoal Lake and Virden) and one office in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

We are currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant within our Brandon, MB office. **This is a term position from March 04 to May 10, 2024.** **Standard working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, plus overtime when required.**

Performance Expectations - including but not limited to the following:

- Liaise and correspond professionally with clients and colleagues
- Set-up files for new and existing clients and assist with completion of administrative work including the final income tax packages
- Manage multiple files simultaneously
- Contact clients advising that income tax packages are ready for pickup
- Prepare client invoices for income tax services performed
- Compile and organize client records
- Scan client documents into relevant databases and maintain organization of scanned information
- Work on documentation requirements regarding client mailings, filing, copying, and scanning as needed
- Input tax documentation and reporting information into relevant tax systems
- Work with other departments on various projects on an as needed basis and as assigned by supervisor
- Answering incoming calls on multi-line telephones
- Provide support to Administrative Assistant in a variety of administrative duties
