- Cleaning and sanitizing
- Assisting guests with questions and information as needed
- Making sure guests are following the rules within the waterpark and correcting an behaviors or actions that are not allowed
- Interacting with children and families in a fun and positive way
- Supervising the bodies of water and keeping guests safe

The hotel offers many Crew perks, as well as an optional benefits plan after 3 months.
