Reporting to the External Relations Officer (ERO) and working closely with members of the Dean’s executive team, the Campus Saint-Jean (CSJ) Advancement Coordinator (AC) provides strategic, administrative and technical support for advancement and related activities at CSJ.

The AC has a high level of autonomy in carrying out their duties; the incumbent works collaboratively with members of CSJ leadership and others, and especially with the Events Coordinator.

The incumbent nurtures and develops mutually beneficial relationships with alumni and community, writes and edits a wide variety of communications materials, including web and social media content, distributes information to various internal and external audiences, organizes and maintains various tracking and monitoring systems, and works collaboratively with members of CSJ to undertake strategic events that relate to donor identification, stakeholder relations, and alumni goals of CSJ. The AC is responsible for assisting with planning and executing events including but not limited to reunions, educational events, public events and CSJ events.

The primary focus of this position is advancement coordination and support. The incumbent assists with events management.

Le CA dispose d'un haut niveau d'autonomie dans l'exercice de ses fonctions ; le titulaire travaille en collaboration avec les membres de la direction du CSJ et d'autres personnes, et en particulier avec le coordonnateur des événements.

Le titulaire entretient et développe des relations mutuellement bénéfiques avec les anciens élèves et la communauté, rédige et édite une grande variété de documents de communication, y compris le contenu du Web et des médias sociaux, distribue des informations à divers publics internes et externes, organise et maintient divers systèmes de suivi et de contrôle, et travaille en collaboration avec les membres du CSJ pour entreprendre des événements stratégiques liés à l'identification des donateurs, aux relations avec les parties prenantes et aux objectifs du CSJ en matière d'anciens élèves.
