We are looking for a talented, experienced Shop Technician who can keep our equipment in prime condition. Our Shop Technician will utilize their skills to perform maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair problems with machinery, and complete general shop duties. We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented and thorough when approaching problem-solving tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software, hardware, networks, and other computer-related problems.
- Work with engineering staff to build new tools for computer systems diagnostic.
- Use a variety of tools, including both manual and automated, to perform tasks.
- Provide support to users via phone and in person.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Understand and work with other technicians to handle customer service issues.

**Salary**: $18.00-$33.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gloucester, ON K1G 3N2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- automotive technician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
