**TITLE - BANQUET BARTENDER**

**STATUS - Seasonal**

**REPORTS TO**:
Outlets Manager and Director, Food and Beverage

**DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for providing exceptional, courteous and prompt service to all guests, to ensure the complete “Eagles Nest Experience”
- Work scheduled shifts, and coming to work with uniform and all the tools required to perform duties.
- Highest standard of custom service
- Ensure prompt service and attending to the needs of the guests
- Set up and tear down Bar (refer to banquet information on Banquet Event Order)
- Ability to know when not to serve guests who have exceeded the legal alcohol limit
- Cash handling ( responsible for $300.00 float) any shortages employee is responsible
- Set up and tear down bar(s)
- Restock product (beer/liquor/wine)and supplies and notifying manager of items needed/reordered
- Proper cash handling procedures
- Balance cash and credit cards at end of day( Server Report)
- Open and close liquor/beer inventory
- Ensure all garbage and recycling is taken to Refuse House & house is organized
- Sweep behind bar and wipe down all counter tops - executing closing procedures
- Ensure equipment is running/working efficiently and notifying manager on duty if there are any problems
- Perform and execute any other duties requested by your Food and Beverage Management Team.
- This position is classified as safety sensitive, defined in accordance with our fit for duty program

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Smart serve certified
- Good understanding of food and beverage industry
- Computer skills - Jonas experience preferred
- Bartending certificate
