**Job Title**: Supply Chain Coordinator (1-year contract)

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30

**What you will do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit POs to suppliers;
- Deal with receiving issues/problems, as they arise with the warehouse;
- Create backorder reports for each brand and contact supplier for follow-up of ETAs;
- Update and maintain product information in Oracle, supplier catalogs, advance pricing, and pricelist master for the Divisions;
- Liaise with suppliers for credit notes, if requested;
- Handle shipments from A to Z
- Customs, Ocean and all other type of transport experience will be an asset
- Analyze Lead time performance
- Manage the logistics master Data (Carrier, PO, SKU, Shipment, SKU, Vendor, Warehouse)
- Build and Maintain the Logistics Supplier operational procedures (SOP) with internal clients, suppliers and other departments of the company
- Manage Logistics KPI and Dashboards
- Manage report for internal and external clients

**What we are looking for**:

- Logistics/Traffic experience is an asset
- Responsible and punctual
- Excellent time management skills, sense of organization and ability to set priorities;
- Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and strong interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle a multitude of tasks;
- Data management skills ( Microsoft Access, SQL);
- Microsoft Visio;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Analytics skills & problem solving;
- Fluently bilingual, spoken and written

**Ce que vous ferez**:
**Responsabilités**:

- Préparer et soumettre les bons de commande aux fournisseurs ;
- Traiter les problèmes/problèmes de réception, au fur et à mesure qu'ils surviennent avec l'entrepôt ;
- Créer des rapports de rupture de stock pour chaque marque et contacter le fournisseur pour le suivi des ETA ;
- Mettre à jour et maintenir les informations sur les produits dans Oracle, les catalogues des fournisseurs, les prix anticipés et les listes de prix principales pour les divisions ;
- Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs pour les notes de crédit, si demandé ;
- Gérer les expéditions de A à Z
- Une expérience dans les douanes, l'océan et tout autre type de transport sera un atout
- Analyse des performances des délais
- Gérer les données de base de la logistique (transporteur, bon de commande, SKU, expédition, SKU, fournisseur, entrepôt)
- Construire et maintenir les procédures opérationnelles (SOP) du fournisseur logistique avec les clients internes, les fournisseurs et les autres départements de l'entreprise
- Gérer les KPI logistiques et les tableaux de bord
- Gérer le rapport pour les clients internes et externes

- Une expérience en logistique/trafic est un atout
- Responsable et ponctuel
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, sens de l'organisation et capacité à établir des priorités;
- Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite/verbale) et solides compétences interpersonnelles;
- Capacité démontrée à travailler harmonieusement en équipe ainsi qu'en autonomie;
