Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and handymen, to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
- Perform general maintenance person tasks as needed
- Drive commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Use mechanical knowledge to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move equipment and materials
- Use basic math skills to calculate measurements and quantities for plumbing projects
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Assist with remodeling projects as required

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a plumber or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other team members
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that require heavy lifting

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Journeyman: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- plumbing license (preferred)
