**What you will be doing**:

- Collaborate with Brand Marketing Manager on Front Shop & Loyalty marketing programs that support the brand strategy including brief development, creative evaluation, approval process, tactical execution and store communications.
- Engage cross-functional partners including Marketing (signing, digital, flyer), Pharmacy Services, Category team, Operations, Finance and external agency partners, to activate programs which support the marketing priorities.
- Assist with management and execution of project tracking and budgeting for marketing calendars, business updates, and quarterly updates.
- Act as the digital lead on behalf of Front Shop & Loyalty refining relevant online content and developing net new content supporting each monthly pharmacy theme and all business requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC.

**How you will succeed**:

- University of college degree in business, marketing, or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job and businesses marketed.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build partnerships to effectively source information, obtain approvals and build relationships.
- Attention to detail, strong project management skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects to set and manage priorities to meet deadline, all within a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities.
- Strong written and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with digital and standard marketing channels.
