Overnight Supervisor

**We are looking for two _overnight supervisors_ for our Market Place Restaurant (Restaurant #2177, at 3691 Strandherd Dr. Nepean)**

Our objective is to be a Tim Hortons Leader in hospitality, standards execution, and coffee excellence, by creating exceptional experiences for our Guests and Team Members.

**Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited) to the following**:

- Managing labour costs and promoting sales through effective floor management
- Resolving guest issues, as well as working with the team to minimize issues
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly logs
- Coaching and training team members

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your team
- Have strong operational experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a passion for coaching and mentoring
- Have a desire to gain experience to help you be successful in your career

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
